1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 785win platform, including all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through the website located at 785win.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 785win ("785win", "we", "us", "our").

785win is an English-language online gaming platform designed for the Pakistan market. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slot titles and instant games. The Platform operates under internationally recognised online gaming principles, and all applicable licencing information, where relevant, will be communicated through official Platform channels.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 785win Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting support. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the 785win Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must be registering an Account on your own behalf, as a natural person, and not as a representative of any legal entity for the purpose of systematic wagering.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended Account with 785win. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 785win or self-excluded in a manner that remains active at the time of attempted registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 785win or its associated gaming technology partners.

5 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 785win Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information as prompted. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number and, where required, your residential address.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information at all times. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other Account credentials. You must not share your Account login details with any third party. 785win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via the Help Centre.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. Use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not access your Account on shared or public devices without ensuring you log out after each session.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication offered by the Platform.
• 785win will never contact you by email or chat requesting your password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

6 KYC Verification

785win is required to verify the identity, age and, in certain circumstances, the source of funds of registered Users before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain Platform features. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process is standard practice among internationally licensed gaming operators.

Pakistani users will typically be required to submit one or more of the following documents for KYC verification:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid international passport showing your full name, date of birth and photograph.
• Proof of address where required — such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence issued within the last three months.
• A selfie or liveness check photograph as directed by the Platform's secure verification interface.
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits, where applicable.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 785win Platform are processed in accordance with the payment methods available at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing timelines are subject to the Platform's current configuration and your payment provider's own policies.

References to payment services and institutions on the 785win Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided solely as familiar context for Pakistani users. These references do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or confirmed partnership with any of these financial institutions or payment providers. Confirmed payment method availability must be verified within your Account's cashier section before depositing.

• All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• 785win reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit suspected of being made fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as published in the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited promptly, but processing times depend on the payment provider and are not guaranteed.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment instruments previously used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by our support team following a formal request.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests during active bonus periods may be subject to hold pending completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• 785win reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Processing timelines for withdrawals vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside 785win's direct control.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

785win may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotional communication and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the total value of qualifying bets you must place before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, placing bets above the stated maximum bet per round may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all. Check specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the period stated in the specific promotional terms. Unused or un-wagered bonuses will be forfeited at expiry without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, device and IP address, unless otherwise stated.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed through 785win are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market type and event. Game outcomes for casino titles are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, or, in the case of live dealer titles, by the live dealer's physical actions as captured and streamed in real time.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 785win does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation, except where the applicable sport rules explicitly provide for cancellation.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error or data feed interruption affecting a betting market or game outcome, 785win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' accounts.
• 785win reserves the right to impose maximum stake and maximum payout limits on any market, event or game title at any time without prior notice.
• In the case of obvious or manifest errors in odds, payouts or game information, 785win reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate or void the affected bet.
• Betting markets for Pakistani cricket — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to the specific event rules and match result declarations as issued by the relevant governing body.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 785win Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds to the extent permitted by law, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity in furtherance of criminal conduct.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party technology to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Users or with third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing conduct toward other Users or Platform staff.
• Accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or interfere with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

11 Responsible Gambling

785win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Users. Gambling should be an entertainment activity conducted within your financial means. We provide a suite of tools designed to help you manage your gambling activity and maintain control.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set the maximum duration of a single gaming session.
• Cooling-off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from 785win. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or wager.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 785win Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game content and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 785win or its respective content licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from 785win.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 785win and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

785win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Termination & Account Closure

785win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your Account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• You are a Prohibited User as defined in Section 4.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• Continued operation of your Account presents an unacceptable compliance or financial risk.

You may also request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed Account that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you through your registered payment method following satisfactory verification, subject to applicable processing timelines.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform operator is incorporated or licenced, as applicable. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may govern your use of the Platform independently of these Terms, and you remain responsible for compliance with your applicable local legal obligations.

16 Amendments to These Terms

785win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last reviewed" date. Where the changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users through a Platform notification or email communication to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
